What to Expect When You Book With Us

Answers to the questions event planners and corporate clients ask before committing. Process, dietary precision, and payment terms — all documented, nothing verbal.

— Booking Process

A Four-Step Process, No Ambiguity

How do I begin the booking process?

Submit an enquiry via our contact form or email. We respond within one business day with a scoping call to confirm your event date, guest numbers, and service requirements.

What happens after the initial enquiry?

We issue a written proposal within three working days. Following your approval, we arrange either a tasting session or a written menu confirmation before issuing the formal contract.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend a minimum of four weeks for corporate events and eight weeks for weddings or large private functions. Peak dates fill early — enquire as soon as your date is confirmed.

— Dietary & Payments

Confirmed in Writing, Not Verbally

Dietary Requirements
Payment & Cancellation

How are dietary needs handled?

What are your payment terms?

All dietary requirements — allergies, intolerances, and preferences — are captured on your event brief and confirmed in writing at contract stage. Nothing is managed as a verbal note.

A 30% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. We accept bank transfer and all major business payment methods.

What is your cancellation policy?

Can menus be adjusted after signing?

Cancellations more than 28 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Within 28 days, the deposit is retained. Within 7 days, the full contract value applies. All terms are in your signed agreement.

Minor amendments are accepted up to 14 days before the event. Significant menu changes within that window may incur a revision fee, which is outlined in your contract.

Ready to move from questions to proposal?

Submit an enquiry and we will respond within one business day with a written scoping outline — no obligation, no guesswork.
